He didn't even say they'd be no signings and even if he did it comes from a man who said this about Tom Briscoe a couple of months before he was announced...

"Hetherington said he is “reluctant” to comment on specific players, but made it clear Briscoe is not on Rhinos’ radar. “With any quality player who becomes available, there is inevitably speculation that Leeds Rhinos are at the front of the queue,” he said. “It is not often we look to bring in players from outside the club and we are certainly not looking to bring in players from outside the club for next season."

From where were when he arrived to where we are now GH/Caddick deserve so much gratitude & imo the legendry status bestowed upon many of our greatest Players/Coaches.
However wrt to the current transition & how we recover from an absolute dire season GH needs to stop the YEP talking boll#* & show clear intent with signings that will do the talking on the pitch & i include the Coaching side otherwise we could well be set back at least 2/3yrs minimum.
