I'm agree with you on his display towards the ref. I wouldn't have accepted some of his actions. Yes he has a right to speak to the ref but I thought he could have spoke to the ref better. I wouldn't have complained to him being marched 10.



As for what he does for Leeds. I can understand where you're coming from because I've felt the same about other players in the past and just failed to see what they offer. But from someone who has seen him play alot I can tell you he does alot of the unglamorous work that goes un noticed. He's essentially our rudder on the park steering us about and doing most of the tactical kicking, keeping the troops organised and does so with top consistency. The days where burrow and danny mc have really good attacking games are often the games Sinnys on top form. He was a difference maker in lasts years GF.



Leeds are a poorer team without him and a better team with him. Keep an eye out next time we play and if he gets subbed for a rest we often have a little wobbly or concede.

I am - not moaning about the defeat (proud of our efforts and felt we were competitive, so can't ask for much more against the World Club champs). My arguement was about Sinfield's attitude/value, not debating the loss.

It's a moot point anyway. The way he conducts himself on and off the pitch is exemplary. A true professional. The way I see it, he's allowed to air his opinion as captain, and he did so. It didn't seem as though he crossed the line, he wasn't ranting, touching or badgering Bentham. The ref just called him back over and they continued their difference of opinion. And he has never tried to ref the game like Hanley used to. Like I say, it's moot.

"Becoming". fans have always had an insecurity complex about us. Just nowadays that can't throw the underachievers rubbish at us.



That we're successful and enjoying it gets' up a few people's noses. Deal with it.
