Bit of a squeeze isn't it? Beyond 2024 I don't see how we can keep Martin and fusitua while offering the likes of Newman and Johnson the kind of upgrades they probably think they're worth.

Don't think we'll re-sign Martin beyond next year.
Especially if Miller kicks goals.
That opens up an OQ spot for elsewhere.
Probably why we've kept Bentley.

IMO Sutton would be an excellent signing.
Does the tough stuff in D.
We've been lacking that.
Holroyd and Lisone can provide the impact.

I think its down to two things.

1) Olpherts replacement ( good)
2) Injury record of Fusi,Newman etc

You're always banging on about how much better the NRL is than SL.
A 28 year old English prop with 4 years pedigree in the NRL??

And fyi, every player that comes to SL from NRL is on a downward trend.
