]As a KR fan, you have just disrespected us..Hull FC almost went out of business and previously had pathetic crowds some years ago but were saved by being given Gateshead Thunders licence by the RFL. With a bit of success which could happen our gates could and probably would be bigger than eg. Warrington. We have the capability and then some to be top 5 with a bit if fortune which we have been missing for for a while.....
when was last time kr competed at high end of super league like 2009? Finished fourth, you got embarrassed in 2015 challenge cup final, like I said I wasn't disrespecting any club just giving my opinion on each club, sometimes you need to generate your own wealth and success something I see hull KR struggling to do and haven't looked like doing since being in SL.[/quote]
We have one of the strongest fan bases in the game. To compare us to two teams who don’t get as many as us in attendances combined is laughable. We’re a club who have strived to improve our ground, facilities, and are currently in the process of purchasing the ground and surrounding areas for further development. We have events, concerts etc, that generate plenty of income to the club. If we was top of the league we’d rival all but Leeds in attendance figures. If Leeds went down and failed to come back up at the first attempt i’d love to see how many stay faithful, because you’d soon become a poorly supported club If that was the case. Fans are fickle. As for away followings, it’s no coincidence that as Leeds have become a poor club on the field, your away followings have matched this. Poorest I’ve seen from Leeds at Craven Park this year. we take good followings whilst not doing well, so imagine if we was up there. Our time will come again as will many other clubs - maybe you’ve just had yours. That’s sport.
