Trouble is with that our midfield aren't up to it with playing an extra one upfront. We seem to struggle. Does anyone know when Robert's is back. Hes sorely missed

I personally think we miss Shackleton a fair bit.
But agree that with 2 upfront we struggle to contain/create in midfield.
Maybe play Eddie in the Pablo role?

Shack and Robert's meant to be back for Preston so that's good news. I think Nketiah is out n out number 9 not sure he can play away from that. It's the downside of Bielsa system is that he 99% of the time has always played with just one striker. I'm going to watch January with interest. We've got the possibility of putting the others to the sword if we get it right.

Totally agree about this January.
Get it right on the field and a couple of astute signings and we go up.
Let the likes of Fulham, Preston and Sheff Weds join us and we might just have blown it.

I'm expecting Fulham and West Brom to spend well in Jan. We are linked with Che Adams which would be a superb signing but I'll believe it when I see it.

We'll only sign a striker if Eddie leaves. Apart from a back up defender, I doubt we'll see anyone brought in unless Eddie leaves, and Kiko gets a long ban.

Hopefully Forshaw will be back in the new year, we've really missed him IMO.
