Options at prop are so limited when you don't have a quota space free. Think we will see a couple of players depart in the coming weeks, but if the English NRL contingent don't want to come, who else is there? I suppose Gill Dudson would neatly fill Tet's "mostly suspended" role if we are looking at like for like.

It may be 2 + 2 = 5 but I wonder if Matt Shaw referring to "Catalans prop Mickael Goudemand" here https://www.leeds-live.co.uk/sport/rugb ... d-27929974 is the club getting out the message that we are now spent up and a new prop is unlikely?

I suppose I was referring to the is he a prop / is he a second rower debate. It sometimes feels like when people talk on here about whether we are a prop short (putting quality to one side) he is often not taken into account.

I have been impressed with Catalans pair Paul Séguier and Jordan Dezaria this year. Either would do nicely to finish off the squad

Instead of having a bad season and investing in the future we had to do what we had to do to stay up. Admittedly we probably shouldn't have been in that situation anyway but the sport needs to get rid of relegation. We aren't football and we don't have the resources. It seems like we retain it to keep Keighley and Featherstone happy.

They have got rid of relegation from 2024

Theres a few that have gone missing, sure they'll be back out in full force when we lose to Wakey on boxing day

Hopefully this means we won't see Myler partnering Frawley (or Gannon) in the halves too much next season
