I know nothing about the aussie centre but if croft and ackers sign that is fantastic business by the club.
i do think we def need a decent quality prop but it fills you with optamism for the first time in a few years

GH also hinted at Croft incoming plus other signings with Cap space to spare, maybe a front line prop is still in the picture.

Mom is a great player an upgrade on Macdonald IMO

To be fair to Gary Hetherington if we land Croft and Ackers and then possibly another prop if we have any remaining money then he has finally stepped up and it's over to RS to deliver now he has the squad. Gary appears to have woken up from a long hibernation and seems to have done more interviews in the last few weeks than the last few years. Possibly to hammerings by Wigan and Catalans were the best things that could have happened.

Ive said before the rubbish 2023 could be the best thing to happen to us, weve needed a proper reset for a few years.

Only issue could be a full new spine could take a bit to get going and click, hopefully theres enough quality in there to get wins even if were not firing fully early on though

If we were to add a senior prop it would probably amount to the most ambitious recruitment campaign since the dizzy days of Alf Davies and Doug Laughton. Think we might have to settle for the lad from Cas as the 6th prop, but even so the squad would have undergone a massive upgrade.
