Well there often isn't smoke without first with these things so I'm expecting both to be leaving TBH. Very hard to see how we're going to shape up now for next year, but on the plus side we do have the basis of a very good squad developing now and maybe some new voices will help the young lads kick on.
Anyway good luck to both because as others have said, KS is and always will be a club legend. Agar has done a really solid job in a challenging position too. It's very important we find the right coach - we need someone in the Graham Murray/Brian McDermott/Tony Smith mould. Not sure whether Sean Long gets the job though, that wouldn't surprise me. We need to top coach (or really talented assistant looking for a step up) - but particularly with such a young squad. The most important thing is the education and support for players like Mik, Newman etc. because these boys could be the future of the club for 10 years.
