Don’t see that. A huge expenditure in a position we don’t need. I know he wouldn’t count on the cap but no, no chance.

I could see us move for a flanker or number 8 if there was one suitable, or a scrum half that could play hooker, even a winger, but fly half, no way.

Plus his brother is player coach at Yorkshire Carnegie, I wouldn’t be surprised if he came in, maybe he’d play 9 or 13?
