I’m told that the club asked him to take on more work with the reserves Aswell as academy, to which was refused and he is now moving to America.

He has sold his house and moved, but don’t know where to. He did mention a dream house.

I think they’re done a tremendous job. You can’t just rip up contracts and start from scratch, there is an ethical and legal process to follow.

You can clearly see they are freeing up cap space with the intention of giving the next generation their opportunity, whilst adding in some quality. No disrespect to any player leaving/left, but we were carrying way too many squad fillers.

I have absolutely no clue how we’ll go next year but I’ll be much happier watching a developing side learning lessons than an over-the-hill side repeating mistakes.

I heart Rob Burrow, but it’s hard to judge him as a coach. His side played outstandingly at the start of the year, but then so many chops, changes, loan deals robbed the consistency.

The other thing of course is that Leeds has some of the best talent in the country fed into it, and you’d expect them to go well.

Anyway good luck to him whatever he’s doing - I do hope the club adequately invests in this really key area. Getting young talented lads on the right lines early is a huge deal.

Burrow has owned a house in Florida for a few years.

With the approach Kev's been taking in terms of trying to build a more solid foundation of a club from the ground up I can't believe they won't give this key area the attention it merits in terms of building for a successful future.
