As much as the front row is in dire need, for the sake of finishing a couple of places higher in the league this year I'd play the longer game if there's better quality available at the end of the year rather than now. I hope we're not jumping at the first prop available, given we've no overseas space either theres a small pool to choose from.

Well…I’ve been waiting for this news for years….but surely cannot be true/make sense right now? I understand the Walker loan as he’s not going to get in the team unless there are injuries to both Myler and Zak…but Sutcliffe is a starter and has been for years (for some reason) and is/has been identified as one of our first choice centres.

With Newman’s recent injury problems doesn’t seem to make sense as that will leave us with Zak and Newman as first choice centres with just kids and the likes of Martin (if staying) as cover.

If Sutcliffe is leaving permanently (?) surely must mean Zak is staying beyond this season as well?

If this rumour is true must be a massive signing incoming but those aren’t usually available this time of year??

Plus it makes sense doesn’t it? We’ve got Newman and Hardaker, plus Briscoe due to return, then Simpson and Edwards on the fringes.

I'd sooner keep Sutcliffe than Briscoe.. but suppose it's a salary cap balance. Rohan certainly not wasting any time sorting the squad

Think we are most likely to get two solid signings in, than a big name. But let’s see…..
