I think a senior pro centre on 2 years and then see how our own lads develop - centre and wing I’m reasonably confident about.

Genuinely fascinated to see who we come up with over the next month or two. Despite some panic-pantsing here I reckon there are still deals to be done with NRL players as the finals series comes to a close over there.

Nothing done on Sam Eseh yet by the way, a number of SL clubs including Leeds have put in offers.

I do think Eseh could be a good fit for us in theory.

We already have Bailey Aldridge and Mason Corbett behind Corey Johnson so Smith would have to be exceptional.

Eseh is potentially quite a big one because I see less depth in the academy at prop and we’ve had nobody come through over such a long time other than Oledski and Holroyd. (AJ Wallace and Dupree aside). No idea what his attitude or skill level is though.

Eseh is clearly a once in a generation talent. Good on him. And only 50% on the cap for both clubs. A model player.

Didn't realise he was Cam's little brother. He plays for England at Academy level, and is a regular try scorer for Wakefield Academy.

Get him on the books, imo.
