If we are looking at filling three marquee positions as GH mentioned last week, you'd have to think prop is one of them. Given that there are virtually no English half backs or centres who justify that kind of spend, I would say prop is the only position where you could source a federation trained player of the requisite quality. Sutton, Burgess and Thompson would be three examples.
