McClelland is at hkr next season on loan, that was announced a few weeks back.

I don't believe the gale rumours. Too big a risk that we don't need to take.

On here. It might make some sense from a development point of view but it means Sutcliffe and Smith would be our backup halfbacks unless we sign another one.....

First Team Squad thread has now been edited for what we know already and will be amended when more is confirmed.

Lunt, Albert, Ferres, Donaldson all have ? Over their contracts. More youngsters will be brought up and added when necessary.

Ablett retiring at the end of this season confirmed.
Whilst Donaldson is no world beater he should be kept on as a squad filler and imo offers more than Sutcliffe.

I agree on Donaldson. He is the sort of player you want around introducting younger players. A good role model for the effort he puts in, and could have been used in the reserves to emphasise this.

This is the plus of having the reserves back.I would have thought if he's to be offered a deal it would have already been announced,unless its only for 12 months(which is what I think it would be) and he's hoping for a longer deal so may be stalling just in case another SL club offer longer.

I'm not one to usually believe what's on Wikipedia, but the Leeds Rhinos page is saying that Jamie Shaul has been signed for next year.......
