Regardless of bentleys salary being increased or not, we'r dedicating a portion of our cap on an absolute plodder, who has many more negatives to his game than positives, and is type of player that we'v already got too many of

Awful re-signing which is in keeping with our long line of head scratching squad management decisions in recent history

Leeming,Tetevano, Austin,Sezar,Walters, MacDonald gone.

Miller,Frawley and Goudemand in.

Bentley and Fus can't be getting paid more.

Should still have enough for a top class player or two and a few good uns.

No reason to keep Donaldson and Bentley and sign Goudemand when we have Martin,McDonnell,Gannon already

We already have squad and academy players. We need first graders who will really add impact and we are not going to be able to add so many.

Agreed.

However when we couldn't afford/ match Leighs offer for Hardaker alot was made about us signing Olpherts / Roberts / etc .

Now,if we can't match offers for the class of 7 / Centre/ prop we need (despite losing lots of players) and can't keep Walters but sign Goudmand, extend Donaldson,Bentley (despite having three- four good backrowers ) and fus ( who only plays 50%) then those some questions + conclusions will likely mickey off a lot of people...even if they aren't connected.

I’m not sure who it is…but Christ, this club needs the sort of ‘statement’ signing that we made when bringing Iestyn Harris to the club

Frawley watch: 2 mins in and he puts a dreadfully weighted kick in that goes dead easily, team mates all look a bit bemused.

9 mins in gives away a relieving pen for a high shot.

20 mins involved in a tackle that forces a dropped ball leading to a Canberra try.

30 mins. Misses a straight 1 on 1 on Gagai 5 metres out who goes over, only to fumble on grounding.

32 mins Forces a drop out with a short grubber into the ingoal

Credit where due, far from a fan of the signing, but think he's had a pretty good half

The early kick and tackle miss on Gagai the 2 negative plays

But been pretty good otherwise

Front on defence seems really solid, struggles in space when players are running across him, but we'r talking origin level athletes here so hopefully mitagated a bit in SL

Good performance by Frawley and in the playoffs in the best league in the world. I think he will be more than decent for us. Good organiser, good kicking game, good passer, decent in defence. Not xfactor by any stretch but paired with a good running half he will do well. Looks to have a very good attitude
