We need a winger, but not as much as we need a half and a wrecking ball prop. We should be giving chances to the next Academy winger, Stephens I think it is, rather than looking to spend big and use a quota / NFT space there...

We could do with one, but why waste a quota spot on an ageing winger? We have plenty In England to choose from and our academy has some good prospects coming through.

Two games left, let’s see what happens at the end of the season. Priorities must be a half back, hopefully one who can game manage and also have pace. Everyone on here seems to be raving about some of the young forwards surely then the time has to be right to bring one or two into the squad. With Crosby and Ward back next season that will be like having two new signings. If we can keep injury free over the close season, one or two moved on, a couple of lads promoted from the youngsters, and the signing of a quality half back I will be optimistic for next season, not to win anything but to challenge for the topn5
