We don't have to sign anybody. Myler is still contracted next year (although you would imagine he can see the writing on the wall). We have McLelland coming through. On a good day Gale is better than both but this is hugely risky. Agree with previous poster about pace - long gone are the days where McGuire could skin outside backs to score in the corner, or Burrow would break and dart to the line.
It's not all about the running game of course but as a partnership I'd like to see a 7 with the pace to take on the line or support play.

We are over loaded with props so I don't think a new prop for next season will be on the radar.The following season yes when at least two will be off contract.

First Ryan Bailey now its Jordan Tansey on the comeback trail, thankfully not at Leeds !! well,maybe Milford or East Leeds

Drinkwater leaving KR end of season.. future yet to be determined... better than Myler imo. Could do the job if no other top class 7 available

He’s no better than Myler, he had a few good months at Catalan and thats it

Like it or not, I don't see anything other than Myler and Lui as our halves for 2020.

I actually quite like Lui but we need the right foil for him. I think it would be NRL to find one though, which means an existing overseas player cut off contract early.

That is of course if we don’t land Gale, which I can see being a true rumour.
