Brenko Lee is the slowest threequarter in the NRL. He wouldn't be a great replacement for Macdonald IMO. He'd be more likely to follow in Delaney and McKenna's footsteps and end up in the back row.
Which is a pity as he is Leeds born and GH would use some loophole to pay him as Leeds trained .The family lived in the house next to mine when his Dad was playing for Leeds.
I believe so. The club need to hurry up and clarify the Nene situation though
I suspect whatever the clarification is on Nene, the bottom line is - he's gone. We appear to in competition with Catalans for Lee, so who knows how that will play out?
No idea why Lee has attracted much attention. Wigan were supposedly interested a while ago. He's a big lad but desperately slow. Have a look at his highlights reel - which says a lot as it was made four years ago. Even back then he wasn't quick.
