Spoke to Powell's wife (Janice) about a month ago. She said he wasn't leaving Cas and if he was Leeds would be the last club on earth for him. Unless he's changed his mind or hasn't told her I don't think he'll be coming.

I honestly thought that $hit hole had shut up shop last time I went down there. Concrete barriers surrounding the home end and weeds growing out of the stands. Them parasites could only dream of having world class facilities like Headingley has.

Laughable isnt it. Very bad for the sport. But thats what you tend to get at small pit towns. Hence why we need to grow the game

I thought Powell the player was fantastic but as a coach he gets increasingly bitter when beaten.If he did arrive at Leeds(and I personally hope he doesn't) then his big issue seller side kick Sheridan( no offence to issue sellers)would not be allowed to be shown on screen in his Royal Ascot headgear!!

I can't blame Powell for feeling a little bit bitter.

His best ever chance to win a Championship was pi%%ed all over by the bloke he brought in from his former employers. Let's be honest, he probably thought he had one over Leeds with Zak with the way 2017 went. Only for Zak to revert to type and said former employers to hand Powell his backside in the final.
