Thanks. That sounds to me like he will be off to Leeds. No hard feelings from me; he was the outstanding British HB for a couple of years for Cas. I'd hate for him just to fade out of the game. We desperately need to replace him though; none of the partners for Trueman are up to it IMO.

I doubt anything was signed before LG's injury though it's entirely possible that talks had taken place. He's maybe wondering whether negotiation will recommence when he's fit again.

Gale is a quality player. Was the best English scrum half a couple of seasons back. Big questions around his fitness but I'm sure if we were signing him Leeds would have the deal structured around that
