I hope you are right. They should be asking 20m plus minimum n0w we have the Clarke money. Clearly MB wants to keep him. Would be suicide all round to let him go cheap.

I agree. Keeping Clarke at the moment is a luxury based on what he might be in a couple of years. Costa is a much better player right now.

I think Shackleton is a better prospect and KP is a key player.

Reality of the championship is you have to sell (ffp forces it even if we had billionaire owners) Clarke is the best we can do in terms of good money and minimal impact on the starting side

Also Phil Hay has just tweeted that he's heard Clarke will rejoin Leeds on loan...win win really (well obvs would be better if we kept him but as I say FFP is a bee-atch and gives us limited options)

I`m pleased so far with these signings although the jury is still out on Harrison for me.
Costa and a proven goalscorer next as long as we keep KP.
Is Coyle back in the fold now?
