Would you be happy if stakeholders in your organisation constantly brought up your work mistakes ?
I'm critical of Bamford in the moment and agree he should be better in front of goal but being a keyboard warrior and giving him constant "feedback" on twitter is not needed.
At work the poor stuff is far more prevalent in people's minds than the good stuff - the good stuff is expected its what we do. By focussing on the poor stuff we improve and those errors reduce. This is life.
If someone does the same thing wrong regularly usually they are instructed how to stop it happening or if that doesn't work they are moved on - again this is life.
These primadonnas need to start looking in the mirror and ask themselves why they are getting all this stick. It is like many parents of talented youngsters - they love it when they are getting all the plaudits but find it tough when justifiable criticism is suggested. Newman's father being a case in mind.
To many fans soccer represents a significant element of their disposable income - players need to understand that and expect some stick if things aren't going well and praise when it goes well - what your suggesting is all praise no criticism - that's not how it goes.
