RS said he sees Miller as FB and I think he will play there with Hooley back up and then Myler as emergency back up.

Honestly unless we sign a better combination at 6/7 than Austin and Sezer, how are we going to improve?

Given our cap space and financial power if we can’t bring in some quality halves it would be alarming to say the least. We’re still short up front and depth in the centres

Gannon is in the same bracket as Newman yet to evolve into what everyone hopes of them Bentley has what no other player has Holroyd aside which is a bit of nasty we need that as the rest of our forwards are abit powder puff .

Newman, MacDonald

Simpson, Martin, Roberts, then the likes of Handley. Ned McCormack, Jack Smith and young Qareqare in the youth system all promising too.

I rate Simpson he could be very good in a couple of years.

I’d like to see more controlled aggression in the pack. Our really good sides could get under the ribs of the opposition and put a hit on - I know that’s harder today but still.

Lisone and Holroyd have the most tiger and Bentley is too often over the line and can be a liability bc he has small man syndrome. Oh for a Jarrod McCracken, Ellis or young Morley coming through….

Just a thought. Would Lachie Miller move himself and his family half way round the world if we didn't have a 6 and 7 sorted for next year? I may be totally wrong but I'd hope not.
