Burgess is finished. We've dodged a bullet there.

Apparently Hudds are signing Sezer, which is much more disappointing.

We must be in for a half, and willing to looking at Australian halves as we talked to Hastings. That talk was whilst also being linked to Gale, so we are looking.

We got an Aussie halfback in Lui. We needed someone immediately. That's the problem with signing during a crisis.

Let`s hope we do have something in the bag as all I see is decent acquisitions going by the wayside and signing for other clubs Hastings was the one that got away without doubt.
If we stick with Lui and Myler we will I`m sure be scrapping it out again at the bottom next year IF we stay up this year that is.

I think we have dodged a bullet with George Burgess to be honest. Only one Burgess I would want and its certainly not that one !!

What we can do is make clear that new contracts have to be earned, and that moving forward our younger players will get genuine chances to prove themselves.

Despite all the signings this year there's barely a senior player I'd be too fussed to lose, which is really shocking, and on paper we look way behind sts and wire for next year. The gap to Wigan looks likely to be bigger as well.

The most important signing has to be the next coach. I'd be completely underwhelmed if we start next year with Agar.
