I thought burgess had just resigned at south’s and any deal would be for year after, which would be a big risk with a prop imo.

With the way Souths have treated Sam, I wouldn't be surprised if Tom left, but most NRL clubs would be interested

Burgess is one player I'd advocate going all out for money wise and putting him on marquee spot.

He'd probably be the best prop in the league, supported Leeds as a kid, big name.

Signing big names/ proven quality in 1,7 and then a strong forward would be making a statement for sure.

Tend to agree. We could use a monster prop, don't get me wrong, but not before we bring in a couple more spine players of speed an intelligence.
