Why can't the SL teams perhaps send a team over for the 9's tourney instead?

The Aussies are only interested playing with and amongst themselves, we all know what that makes them.

If the Aussies took it seriously with strongest teams they'd comfortably win and all you'll have achieved is making our competition and top teams look poor and inferior on a larger scale.....that'll do way more harm than good for SL. You improve by testing yourself, by exposing your weaknesses and strengthening them. You don't improve by just playing at an inferior level and hiding from the challenge.

Yeah playing and beating Brisbane this year really improve Warrington didn't it.

Our top teams have been playing WCC's again for almost 20 years yet our best teams are deemed nowhere near as good as there were 10-15 years ago so shows the pointlessness of your theory.

I agree, good job no-one is suggesting that as a good reason to do it then isnt it.

I'm also still waiting to hear how we're going to convince the NRL and it's top teams to break up its season for a month so they can come and play in this tournament. I'd love to be a fly on the wall when they got asked that......they'll just about manage to say "sod off" in between the laughing.

If believing that makes it easier for you, your welcome to continue to believe it. You would be wrong, but when has that ever stopped you before.
