Just don’t think he’s the future. He's been a goodish to good converted full back for the last few years, but he's not going to keep Miller out of there. Signing him as a half back is probably the biggest of GH's blunders in the post "Golden" period. I just don't see him as a viable option unless his half back partner is one hell of a player.

Myler would be best used as a bench player, can cover 1, half and 9 (went well at 9 before his fullback switch)...Pretty valuable cover in 1 player, can go 3 forwards on the bench with him.

Would depend on how CJ is rated by the staff, need to get him minutes at 9 to see if he’s going to pan out and you wouldn’t put both on the bench.

Im meaning the best fit for getting value out of Myler imo, if CJ is good enough to force Myler from that role then thats what would happen

I would play CJ before O'conner personaly, but that dosnt look like its ever going to happen.

Fair enough. FWIW I see your point in there being a spot for myler there what with modern day concussion protocols etc, he’s really valuable.

I like both Jarrod and CJ, and think we’d see better of both if the time was shared a bit more. Jarrod looks like he’s got a wall which is understandable given his experience.

Maybe? I agree though myler would be best used as back up for HB and hooker, slowly blood sinfield over the season?

Well, I suspect that there's more to come yet. Neither Miller nor Milnes has been announced yet, of course.

When Smith was asked about Milnes, he said Leeds were looking at the world of RL for a new half-back, so it's plausible we are lining up another overseas signing to play 6 or 7.

Yes because assuming Tet goes and we’ve kept Fus, even signing miller still leaves us with two overseas spots doesn’t it?
