So Javi Gracia it is then (hope work permit comes through so he can be on touchline ! )

Looks a good appointment to me, had great raps from former players, Watford fans and Spanish football experts. Should have been appointed ahead of Everton game imo as soon as top targets didn't come off.

Hopefully he's taking training (would obviously have to be unpaid initially unitl permit comes through).

he can't take training free or not until he gets his work permit.

Mixed thoughts on the appointment but probably the best we could hope for.
A decent manager won`t come with the team in a precarious position and it wouldn`t look good on their CV that being the case.
He has had some success along with some failures.
One positive is he knows the way teams play in England.
Let`s hope the spy`s aren`t out watching him take training this week!

Interesting read in the YEP this week about how poor our midfield are with the ball when no Roca in the team. Mckennine and Adams giving it away left right and centre. There's a big challenge there for Gracia straight away to get Marsch chaos ball out of their systems.

I think wober is a leader. adams too.
the 2 man midfield means they are out manned and outgunned.
garcia likes 4-4-2 with a narrow midfield 4 and overlapping full backs. it should suit our players perfectly. and harrison no longer at 10 is a massive bonus. he shield gave gone to Leicester. we have better

Agree Tad apart from letting Harrison go given how injury prone Sinesterra seems to be. Summerville is a way off yet, his end product needs some work
