I dont usually like posting these types of posts but balls to it, this is a rumour thread, and things can only get better cant they.

Heard from a mate of mine who has contact with a few different SL players at different teams, allegedly we have signed upwards of 5 players for next season.

He mentioned Milnes/Lewis recently, Milnes pretty much signed and Lewis in talks.

Not sure of the 5 as he said whoever he had got it from wasnt allowed to say.

And RS has been pretty firm in saying we will make announcements when were ready to. So ill just leave this here and see what happens.

Is Lewis out of contract?

Would make a nice change for Craig Harrison to facilitate a move to us ratger than the other way!

I'd love us to sign Lewis, but with cashed-up HKR, why would they let him go? We'd have to pay a fee, and he'd have to leave his hometown club for a club that's in an opposite trajectory.

Appreciate it's only a rumour...

Yeah I'm not sure about the theory of kr letting both their half backs go. Sounds like a made up one.

Well if Milne's has signed shows level we are aiming at, average at best.
We should be aiming higher.

Wherever Smith is in his development as a head coach to be backed up by Chev Walker and Scott Grix is just not inspiring.
