| Once again we look to buy players for the future when we are in a scrap at the bottom with possibly only McKennie the only half decent signing.
Bamford was not good enough before his injuries, Harrison is playing like he doesn`t want to be here, Gnonto is decent but he doesn`t have good enough players around him to make him effective.
Sinesterra and Summerville again show glimpses but they are not relegation scrappers.
Aaornsen not good enough and Struijk has lost any confidence he had.
Firpo and Cooper not solid enough and a manager who talks a good game.
We are without doubt a bottom 3 team and need others to implode otherwise we go down imo.

| The squad is easily better or on par with 6 or 7 teams at least. Theres not much between so many teams in the league. However, the manager, sadly isn't. I'm not even sure that many championship teams would take him. He seems a good motivator and man manager, but tactically, he's poor, and can't adjust to what the opposition does, and he can't seem to get the team to be greater than the sum of their parts, which is what the good coaches do.
18 games to go, 7 of them against the big 6. At least 5 or 6 wins plus a few draws needed. It is looking bleak, but I'm sure lots of fans of clubs around us feel the same way

| while I agree a change is needed just playing devil's advocate here, the number of good players making individual errors or missing clearcut chances is ridiculous. that's not the manager. tactics wise I agree he is very poor though

Agreed. Marsch has to go. If the board aren't actively drawing up a short list of replacements now they are negligent.

It's a fair point, and I have sympathy for Marche, especially on the missed chances, but I think a lot of the mistakes are a symptom of the tactics/system. The system leaves defenders exposed, and we have no patterns of play, with everything being done at 100mph, and when everything is rushed it increases the chances of mistakes being made.

| Right decision. Had to be done. Corberan early favorite with bookies. Bielsa and Potch also reasonably short odds.

| Names I've seen mentioned:
Corberan - WBA
Ange - Celtic
Valverde - Bilbao
Amorim - Sporting Lisbon
Martin - Swansea
Knutsen - FK Bodo
Gallardo - former River Plate manager
Poch
Personally, I'd be seeing if Roberto Manchini wants another job in England

| If Potter is available then yes, second choice Frank and not sure who overseas would do a job.
I`m going away for 2 weeks but happy to take it on if they can wait.

| Cant believe theyve actually sacked him, thought it would drag on a bit longer.
Not sure who should take over but I'd preferably want someone with premier league experience.
