Isn't that always the case when we get our odd inch of snow once in a while that usually disappears before the end of the day.
In the UK such events seem to bring the country to its knees.
Other countries where they get feet upon feet of snow that stays for weeks sometimes seems to have little or no effect on the people living there and certainly little effect on their transport infrastructure.
