I’m probably going to lose a bit of popularity here but what the heck life’s for living and not avoiding confrontation!

Personally if the pedo was ill educated I’d make him listen to a recovered victim of paedophilia for two years in a cell so it can be drilled in what’s right and what’s wrong.

If the pedo was well educated he’d have a choice to either have castration on a regular basis or to be monitored.

However I wouldn’t put the death penalty pass them if it’s a natural death penalty rather than a man made death penalty. After all I don’t believe in the electric chair and lethal injection. Locate these sick minds to places they’ll more likely die from a tsunami or something is the best option for a death penalty so then its not man made and they killed by natural disaster.

I’m same with animals. We should let mother nature deal with them rather than people IMO.

Gateaux . You just mentioned another category of offender who should die . The rapist . The murderers however should be dealt with on merit . There seems to be a lot in the news of late regarding gang shootings over drugs etc. For those offences I'd say let them get on with it . They are doing society a favour by dealing with eachother .

I can't deny the FACT that my opinions on this subject may sound too severe , but if anyone were to harm a child of mine then I would like to see them suffer before they die . I certainly wouldn't want them to be back in society after a couple of years 'rehabilitation' .

Seriously what? Do you think all these people are evil because of what they do? Maybe they just want to get out of a life of poverty and that is the only way to do it in their areas.

Back on the subject though LS13:

Im 25 and my GF has just turned 21 this weekend. We started seeing each other when she was 16 and I was 20. A year earlier and that would obviously have been illegal. But as there will be 19 year olds sleeping with 15 year olds does this come under your murdering act? And if so why do they deserve the same as anyone who sleeps with a prepubescent child?

This is getting a bit tad unfair now on LS13 and I would like you to stop please.

Personally I don’t think its even right for a 20 year old to go out with a 16 year old - I certainly wouldn’t. However Johnny I praise your relationships commitment and I hope to hear wedding bells sooner or later - commitment is what makes me smile in life. After all not all 20 year olds who go out with 16 year old are pervs and you certainly wasn’t. Its just that a subject like this divides a lot of us and would be best left to the side now IMO.

HH.. You mentioned that you were a couple and she was almost of age. That is different . It is still wrong though , and illegal .That would just deserve you getting a hiding from her dad if the family decided that BOTH your actions didn't warrant them reporting you to the relevant authorities There has been a lot of debate recently about the female teacherand a 15 yr old female pupil . They were a 'couple' , but that was still wrong and the teacher deservedly got a custodial . Any sex act with a minor is statutory rape according to the law .

In LS13's world there's now a scale of offences for having sex with an U16 ?

And the family of the underage person gets to pick the punishment, ranging from "just" a beating to killing them ?
