Hopefully there is a plan but the longer it goes on the more concerned I would be. If Austen signs elsewhere and we don't have anyone locked in we are in panic buy territory or Myler to halfback. It is beginning to feel like the Hardaker scenario. Many on here accused him of putting salary over potential success going to Leigh. Now he's in a CC final and 2nd in Superleague. There is no way Leigh should be outperforming Leeds.

They are also outperforming 10 other SL Clubs.

Leigh are going great but they have been extremely fortunate to have a settled line up for most of the season, a few injuries to spine players could be pretty bad for them.

The reality is that nobody outside a small group of people within the club knows what's going on. So what? This is the "Transfer Talk/ Rumour Thread" - the clue is in the title. Any news reports , clickbait speculation, or inside information from fans is surely relevant to the topic. If the thread limited itself to club announcements it would be a very boring place indeed. No need to be so defensive. I'm sure we all hope our recruitment is a spectacular success. In the meantime we can enjoy talking the usual cobblers.

Discussing rumours and recruitment is fine, I was challenging that next year looks depressing because we aren’t signing anyone, which is vey unlikely

Were does it say any of that in my post, your looking for an argument were there isn’t one, my post was based purely on the current facts and current rumours news links. Which currently refer to that we are struggling to get the recruits in the half backs for next year. Clearly says “hopefully we have something up our sleeves”

Thanks for the back ip, we are all just speculating at this moment in time based on current information, i’m not claiming to be in the know, some people just want to create an argument.

With immediate effect. Not messing around are they? I'm glad we weren't in the market for a young home grown prop for nest season otherwise I would have wondered why we didn't make a play.
