guy who is high up at cas told me something yesterday which confirms what gotcha told me. it explains why costs are being cut and i can't see any ground works, or signings, bring made until it's sorted

I was talking to an executive at one of the major super league clubs that has played against wigan at least once over the last 5 seasons and if what he said is true, it will rock the fundations of super league and we may not see leeds rhinos games anymore.
