This situation reminds me of the decline the club went into after the 1961 championship win. They decided to look for the right coach one with a plan and give him time .circa 1963_ 4 they appointed Roy Francis who came up with the golden generation of that time with several signings of experienced players .

Sinfield "were behind Agar and need a period of stabiity" Fans "were getting Wane then"

GH "Agar will have to the end of the season to give the club time to assess" Fans "Shane Flanagan is getting on a plane then"

Sutcliffe "its been good under Agar and it will be good to work with him for the rest of the season" Fans "Powell is gonna quit Cas this week"

JP "the club needs stability and Agar will give that" Fans "so its Ian Watson then and it will be this week"

What the hell is wrong with our fan base????

Whatever you do don’t go and look at Facebook comments from some of our fans, I unfortunately did yesterday, the term ‘know nowts’ has never been so apt

I did that the other day, and there was some numpty on there who even had the cheek to say a scrum half doesn't need to have a kicking game , in trying to defend Myler.

That's part of the fun though and what sites like this exist to fuel.

As fans we naturally know very little to nothing as we are not privy to the internal conversations so stuff just gets twisted or flat out made up.

Everything in here is just conjecture and opinion.

And my bit of opinion is that I think Agar might just get the job.

I haven't really been near any of the Rhinos Facebook groups for years. I pop in every now and again, the official one is a sewer, the "elite" ones make me chuckle.

I think IIRC a few of our old troll allumni are currently enjoying the easy pickings of a deluded and highly strung "fanbase" who are big on ideas but low on logic.

Talking of our old trolls whatever happened to Jeff (AP,Keith Swiftcorn,William Eve ?)
I actually liked him even though he was always on the wind up,he was a very knowledgeable guy when you engaged him in serious conversation
