Hope he proves me wrong but that is a mistake imo.
He was injury prone when we signed him and has carried that on during his time with us. He would need to be on much reduced terms as he has been nothing like a marquee player for us. Even when he has played he has rarely done better than OK.
I hope he has a injury free run and becomes the player we hoped we were signing but I'm not holding my breath.

His body language and attitude stinks.

Watching last night and Sky had him as “one to watch” and I said “if” he plays well, Warrington will play well, he had a shocker and that’s being fair.

I think if people are expecting wholesale changes and recruitment for next season are in for a shock! Suspect recruitment will be a few select signings and promotion from within, projects like Warren, Ruane (who’s on the cusp right now) Hooley, Simpson back fit next year, Sinfield another year older plus 2-3 other academy prospects will be expected to get considerably more game time next year.
Those wanting a new 1,6,7, a centre or winger even a 9, plus maybe another forward are in for a shock.
Hopefully we have a 7 lined up resign Austin maybe one more bolter signing and that might be it. We could we looking at 3 -4 signings for next year including Goudamon.

I think we should be backing O'connor and Johnson not buying a 9. They've been a big improvement on Dwyer and Leeming and only getting better.

We have a bit of a conundrum in the halves at the moment - Austin can be very good when he’s on his game and Sezer is decent when he’s direct.

I’d try to find a big body prop to replace Tet; we have 4 decent props finally now but we really don’t have depth up front with Walters going.

Then a good FB who is an upgrade on the willing but ageing Myler.

We are actually getting pretty close now to a very competitive side.

Anybody would on the evidence of that game. However he's scored 14 tries in 26 games so is clearly (pardon the pun) no duffer.

no not just on that game but from what I've seen of his all round contribution. I feel myler is the better link player which suits us and his final pass is as good as any.

Yeh I don't think we're going to see wholesale changes in the off season.
More retention than recruitment I expect. Rohan always mentions the two together.
If Fusitua is staying, we won't have a quota space for a fast FB.
And Myler has another year and is doing a decent job anyway.
We need to get Austin nailed down to another contract. Must give him 2 years.
I think Sezer and Tet will go, so we need a quota 7 and a big NRL front rower, especially as we are losing Walters (which is becoming more and more annoying every week).
I think we need to get Bentley nailed down as well. Again, if he goes, he needs replacing. When we play well, he looks good.
Goudemand should be to replace Donaldson.
