He was the only one that came to mind. He's a good player, but definitely not worth the money he's on.

Seen on book face that were still interested in jai field as he's turned down a deal with parramatta any news on Martins passport yet?

Not really sure why we would want him tbh. I know he is quick but we have wing and wing cover and the same in the hb's. Do we want to use our last overseas space, assuming Martin gets his passport, and no doubt a wedge of cash on him?

We need some blustering pace and field has that. Would still like a bit more weight and aggression in the pack but nothing to stop that being a british or french player.

The club are clearly interested I think they've said as much.a middle has to be a priority though.

Wonder if gigot may have been a better option for us he's clearly talented can cover the back line and doesnt take up the spot that jai field does so we could still strengthen in the middle

Very much a rocks or diamonds kind of player Gigot.

Capable of great things while also having the uncanny ability to screw up, sometimes in the same game.

Maybe Leeds did look but just thought he was perhaps too much of a "character" to fit into the team?
