Kayal Iro is rumoured to want out of the Sharks due to lack of first team opportunities. He could be worth pursuing.

I see Luke Brooks has signed for Manly on a 4yr deal, putting that rumour to bed. The interesting part of that is it now looks like Josh Shuster is no longer wanted. Only 22 and bags of potential, but he would be a far more realistic NRL signing than Brooks.... May benefit from being out of the NRL spotlight for a bit too.

Leeming wants to do everything himself rather than use his half backs. Loves to run it in on the 5th, has a poor pass and not the strongest defensively.

When everything goes right, he looks class, but 4 out of 5 games he is average at best.

Lisone extends until 2025. Thats that rumour put to bed. Needs to stay fit now.

Reports saying that Sezer is rumoured to be going back to Oz and Austin is been offered to other clubs.

Didnt think we would be getting rid of both of them.

Personnally i would have kept Austin.

Austin is definitely worth keeping even if they’re planning some different longer-term halfback pairing. He could provide cover for halfback, he’s a GB winger and I reckon he might be a reasonable centre with his size, passing and unreadable dummy and sidestep

I think we've probably offered Austin a new deal, but he's just seeing what's available elsewhere. Understandable really. Although, it would be a huge task to replace both halves in one off season.
