In my limited knowledge I don't think leeds will win but will hopefully keep a steady upward curve from last weekend. I don't think either team will be priotising the cup and both will rest or not risk players with West ham having the much better squad to do that. Hope to see Gelhardt get a start and Bamford get a few minutes.

Mate its not just about scoring goals.

Kante is probably one of the best midfielders in the League and he hardly scores.

There`s more to playing midfield then scoring goals you know.

Phillips was voted Englands best player last year.

Now I`m no big fan of Southgate but he seems to think Phillips is a better player than you think he is.

I too think that both sides could rest some players in the cup. Leeds could do with a decent cup run, but with injuries and a relegation scrap to get it of I don't see it a priority.



On Coutinho, it's a shame Leeds haven't been linked. I keep seeing that we'll only but players who improve the team, but when one player who is a genuine improvement Congress along we aren't linked.

On Marty and your contribution to the thread, it's clear from your tone that you are here to wind people up. Having opinions on people is fine, but constantly posting negative stuff about a club you openly dislike is different to having a negative opinion on a Rhinos player every now and again.

The thing for me Marty is that you were against this thread from the start. You made your thoughts clear that you didn't think it had a place on a rugby forum. Fair enough, but the mods thought there was enough interest to justify it with it being about our home town club. You were obviously not happy with that and so use it to air your hatred of the club. Weall get that you don't like LUFC. There's things in life I don't like, such as Facebook, but I don't spend my days talking about them. Like I tell my sons (aged 9, 7 and 3 for context) - you have so much energy to use during the day, don't waste on the negative things, put it to good use.



It's at a point too where you're like a dog with a bone with it all. You haven't said that it's just Leeds fans that are causing issues. And any credit you give is quickly dispelled (although I can't remember you giving any). Someone said that Geldart looks a natural goal scorer and you turn that round by repeatedly bringing up his scoring record in senior football. If you see him in the u23's, he knows how to score. Someone compared Forshaw and Phillips playing together with Rice and Phillips. You turned it around to them saying Forshaw is as good as Rice even though they explained what they meant.



All in all, it's just boring now Marty. Digs at the clubs, players not as good as we make out, scummy fan base, fixture man always doing Leeds favours. We get it, but it's the same thing over and over again. On the rugby chat, I really respect your posts. But on here you just wind me up (isn’t that what a WUM does).



None of us know what happened to make you hate the club so much and you don't seem to want to tell us. I know someone who was attacked by a group of Rhinos fans after a game, had 7 bells kicked out of him over nothing. He never went back to games, stopped all involvement in rugby, but he doesnt go on forums slagging off the club and it's fanbase. Can't you just let it go now? Or at least let this chat go?
