I think at Mcshane's age if he can physically do it he should be doing it now. He is fully developed physically so he ain't gonna get any faster, he ain't gonna get any stronger and he ain't gonna gain any greater dexterity than he currently has. If they don't like the physical makeup of the player they should get rid now, he isn't going to change to any great extent. If they don't like his decision making, teamplay, composure or anything other than his physical attributes then surely only coaching and gametime can remedy that. I would have thought it's a "catch 22" situation in that respect, no gametime= no experience= no improvement. It's the biggest mystery to Leeds fans why he hasn't kicked on/is out of favour when he has been tipped by so many to be a future star.
