But at the end of the season with not enough points regardless of injuries we will get relegated.

I think Brentford will falter and it leaves Burnley hard to beat at home, Newcastle who might get some decent players in, Norwich who might string a few wins and possibly Watford who hammered MU along with us.

We've never had a big squad, but last summer we shrank rather than grew.



We lost alioski, Costa, poveda and Hernandez, with only James and Firpo coming in. Whilst none of those were to players, they gave us attacking options.



What I think we struggle with is that firstly or small squad can't cope well with the level of injuries. Secondly, we have none coming off the bench who can make a difference. Runners tries hard, but delivers little. Aiden from geldhart he's our only attacking option

True and with a fully fit squad we would probably avoid the drop.

The Spurs subs totalled over £209 million whilst ours cost less than 5 million which says it all.

With Bamford missing Rodrigo with his international pedigree should have slotted in along with James for Costa and Firpo for Alioski.

But we needed more cover in that squad.

Get Bamford and Raphina back, keep Phillips at centre back and sign a midfielder in Jan and you will finish around 13th/14th which is what you are and probably always will be.

Phillips was pi55ed and fell over apparently. It wasn't a good performance, especially in the first half. I almost felt sorry for Firpo, Lampty tore him a new one in that first half.

We improved in the 2nd half and at least created some chances, but need to keep the ball much better than we did today. It's a good point though, against a team who seem to have our number. Lot's of fans whinging on social media, but Brighton are a decent striker from being a top 6 side, and have 4 or 5 players good enough for a top 4 team. We're not on their level.

Even Zak Hardaker came up with a more intelligent denial when he was kicked out of England squad. Fell over lmao.

I cannot believe for one minute he was in a fight and still played today.

The biggest worry for me is Bielsa subbing him at HT.

James should be playing out wide with Drameh RB freeing up Dallas to midfield.

Either Rodrigo or Gelhardt as the 9.

Harrison after his one good cross in 6 games should not be in the starting eleven.

And it now seems Summerville is out of favour after playing well in the 23`s.

All seems very strange this season.

Summerville hasn't been playing for the u23s either

I know but beforehand was playing really well.

Bielsa confirmed at the Spurs game he was fit but preferred McKinstry.

I can only assume his lack of minutes at Leeds recently has counted against him. McKinstry looks average in the u23s. Maybe Summerville picked up a knock whilst with the Dutch u21s, it's the only reason I can think as to why he's not in front of Mckinstry at the moment.
