Jim is absolutely correct we simply have to get the kids through now to build for 3 to 4 years time. I've said this previously a few time.

The only way we will be successful is with the youth and we are strong in that area.

Do you think Sinfield is the sort to make demands Marty? I am not so sure. I think he is focused and has a plan and desire to succeed, that is what he based his playing career on. But I also think he is the sort of leader to listen to others and collaborate.

I think he is getting a lot of unfair assumptions at him at the moment, not that I am saying you have above, and I think the critisism needs to be a lot more to those above him at this current time. Getting a coach in who he can trust and work together will underpin everything for this club going forward, as he needs that support I believe to stand up to what is above.

100% agree he seems to be getting stick for wanting or trying to implement what people are wanting - a 2-3 year plan with clear direction on where we need to be, if he felt Furner turned out to not share that vision then unfortunately he probably had to go.

Fans are by their nature short term thinkers so will demand more from the team in a shorter period of time. The biggest issue we have is the threat of relegation which can lead to bad decisions in the short term which affect the long term strategy.

I understand that KS and other Directors have pinned their trust on Agar. He is the man going forward. Lets hope he can succeed, a period of stability at the club is needed and if between them they deliver its a plus.
Its time to support the man in charge along with those who support him.

I agree with all of the previous 3 messages.

Do I think Kevin is the type to make demands? Absolutely. For nearly 20 years he demanded everything from the playing group. Hes strong minded, passionate about Leeds, strong willed, determined and bloody stubborn at times. All qualities not weaknesses and in no way a criticism. Hes 100% the right man to take Leeds forward but whether coaches can deal with it we will see. Do I see a Shaun Wane taking it? No I don't but as I've said before its Agar's job to lose.

Personally I thought the Furner move was too soon but it's done now and weve got to move on.

Sinfield has been at Leeds less than a year and due to the mess he inherited it's going to take him time. I hope he gives himself that time to get it right.

Our halves are terrible but he had Lolohea and Myler on long term deals so he had no option but to go with them. Its clearly not right and will be changed asap if that alone can be changed we will look a better team I'm sure.

The priority has to be to get the kids thru and get them experience. It just has to be.

The fans need to get behind the club now no matter how hard that is.

if he has pinned his Hope's on agar, a failure in coaching terms but cheap, he isnt fit to be in a position to make decisions

I don’t think Sinfield has gone for Agar. I reckon it’s the above telling him do it yourself or use Agar. I have no doubt he trusts Agar, and he brought him in, just not with plans for that role.

FML. That's brilliant news... not. What the hell are the club playing at. He doesn't want the role does anyone think the players are going to dig up any trees for a coach who doesn't want the job and a DOR who says the culture is rotten but doesn't say why or who's making it that way.. what a bloody mess

So if they haven’t found or can’t get the right man for the job immediately they shouldn’t back the interim coach just because some fans don’t rate him? What do you want them to do, just appoint someone to appease the fans?

This is what I’m saying about fans having short term vision.
