I think it's a prime example of how the squad has been mismanaged in the last few years.
Having Leeming and Dwyer who both have similar downsides as first choice hookers was clearly never going to work - Smith obviously saw this hence Dwyer gone and OConner shifting positions(successfully IMO).
The Leeming situation is one I can't get my head around really - he's always seemed like a decent professional and one that puts the team first so this has come out of the blue, but I do think it's a bizarre thing to do, he's basically thrown his Leeds Career away without having something lined up, the only thing I can think is he has actually got something lined up, if that's the case I would have thought it would be in the NRL because clubs aren't allowed to talk to contracted players at this stage of the season are they?
