Leeds trying to offload Costa to Valencia which would be a good move all round.
Maybe not for Valencia though!!
James will be an improvement but we still need a CM like everyone is saying.
Rodrigo and Roberts are not the answer even though Bielsa is trying to make it work.
Jack when do you think some of our 23`s will ready?
I actually thought Drameh looked good playing for Fulham 2 years ago.

I think Marty is right here, apart the proper club jibe, but we'll see, if anyone wants Raphinha they'll have to pay top dollar, and only a handful of clubs have that kind of cash in this market.

I actually thought Drameh looked good playing for Fulham 2 years ago.

Drameh, Summerville, and Geldhert could definitely get minutes this season, obviously Bielsa can'tthinkSummervilleis too far away, otherwise we wouldn't have loaned Poveda out and let Costa go, but the step up is massive, especially in terms of pace and physicality, they may get minutes off the bench, but I can't see them starting any games.

According to my boss MU season ticket holder.
He reckons Leeds paid 30 mill for James.
Seems a lot but good if we can offload Costa.

£25m plus add ons.

When you look at the likes of Willock and Buendia for £25m+ , the fee for James is probably about right in today's market.

I know that Bielsa like a small squad, but I don't see the logic in lettering Costa go out on loan. It gets his wants of the books but leaves us no stronger in terms of depth.

I'm hoping the juniors coming in will have the quality needed when called upon

Agree. I’d have kept Costa. We’re no better off financially from letting him go on loan really..
