He was really affected when Rob announced his illness. And he's had plenty of injuries (usually at the wrong time when there's a chance to play) that have affected his mental health. From a personal point of view, I really hope he makes it. It wasnt easy for him to walk away from the game, but the club saw enough in his ability to leave the door open. He's got 2 years to prove himself and cement that place

I’m tired of people making excuses for Johnson and slagging off Leeming.
Fact is Johnson has not taken any opportunities offered and Leeming although not perfect is one of the top 9’s in the competition.
I really think we could have Buderas or Cameron Smith playing for us and they wouldn’t be good enough for some.

We made what could be an interesting long term signing a few days ago, Fergus McCormack. I have only seen in a few school games so hard to really gauge him, but I Think the lad’s got a chance.

Saw a few of his scholarship games this season. Looks a real talent. Bit of a maverick throwback. Not sure what he's going to do with the ball. Hope that isn't coached out of him
