If you are trying to sign a top NRL player it can take time. Lots of things to sort out obviously salary and how little can we get away with plus if they are genuine world class they would probably stay for the Aussie dollar. I hope we are talking to a genuine big player, which as I said could take time as opposed to a bit player who would snap our hands off. Keep faith and trust Kev and Agar.

Amen.If we are after genuine quality then I would imagine his current club want him to stay and other clubs are also looking at him.

We don’t need squad players, we’ve got plenty of those coming through. We don’t need projects either, had plenty of them in the past and it was pretty terrible.

We need finished article, high quality, starting players that will raise the quality of the team whenever they are on the park.

I’m quite shocked that no announcements have been made and memberships are up at 09:00.

I'd prefer them to get the right person rather Tham just get someone for marketing purposes to be honest.

We've also done quite well keeping cap space available for Mid season signings in the recent path, I suspect that will happen again

A whole month to purchase season tickets plenty of time to stimulate sales.

Long time to go till the start of the season and I would rather them get the right man. However given that we have only four props, one a teenager and one a more natural 13, I think waiting for a mid season signing is asking for big trouble. It's not like the club haven't had the time to engage with targets.
