bogles great attacking but can't defend. his body shape and decision making is appalling.

And that`s my worry, that and his poor distribution and doesn`t command the area which puts more pressure on our defence.
Not good enough conceding 3 goals at home yet we could have won it.

Messlier is a liability at times. Doubt we’ll replace him but it depends on who’s available and a what price.

Midfield still is a concern for me, we lack control and quality there imo. Need a good starting 8 who’s box to box. No time for knee jerking yet but a few concerns. Sharpens the focus in the market though

Should have had that wrapped up after 10mins really.

Meslier with another shocker for their first goal. Such weak hands.

Agree about Bogle, seems good going forward but not great at defending.

Not the most convincing performance but defs positive signs for the season

You`re right Tad we have 2 FB`s now who can attack yet can`t defend that well which means our centre halves are pulled out of position to cover for them consequently leaving gaps in the middle.
Knowing that both Gruev and Ampadu drop deeper and our midfield attack wise is non existent.
The ref was appalling and without doubt we should have tried to push Meslier out.
Not convinced Darlow is the answer.
Maybe we should look to play 3 at the back.
