He'd have to rip up trees to warrant big money on 15 mins a half. That said, 15 mins in the nrl could be 20 plus mins here. If he lived up to the hype that would do me.

Agree with this. As Frosties has said as well Crosby, Cuthbo and Ward have been known exits for a long time and we have signed nobody whilst Wigan have got Bateman and Field coming in and have got Hastings and French to stay. Saints have signed Joel Thompson, Paasi and Sione Matuia to replace 3 overseas forwards leaving.

Rather than his annual Oliver Twist poverty spin, perhaps GH and Caddick should be looking for new investors on the board who have a bit of fire in their belly and willing to ensure we can compete properly for SL title.

Bring in Bodene Thompson is not cutting in for me. An 8 year old can see we need some new forwards.

Wigan's skipper has just retired and I dont reckon he will have been that far away from their highest earner,plus (like us historically) alot of the lads that came through their academy probably aren't on as much as people think.We also dont know how many players theyll release in the off season.

It doesn't say we will, or are spending the full cap at all.

After the Brad Dwyer incident with Micky Mack nobody wanted to steam in and help out.
We get bullied by Catalan every year and have not had an enforcer since Mitch Garbut.
Ferries never wanted to know.

Imagine Barry Mac JP or Senior , even Abbo having this on their watch no chance.
We need a genuine world class enforcer type prop forward to bring the others on like Tommy H.
Come on Garry dig deep and protect your assets.

Any punching is a straight red card these days.
We need a prop who hits hard in defence and makes good metres after contact. A prop who is dependable and makes positive contributions with, and without the ball, not a big daft lad who'll get sent off 4 or 5 times a season.

Agreed. Someone steaming in windmilling would likely have copped a 6 match ban of their own

Fair points but they have already done their recruitment, we’ve had all year and not done anything. Our skipper has been unable to play since first game
Of season.

They currently have 9 props, we have been bullied out of a play off game with 1 left fit.

They will certainly let Flower leave and possibly more but that will leave them with perhaps 7 props. We have 4 and our chief executive is back pleading poverty. We’ve been unable to compete in 4/5 for SL title and are not spending the cap. It’s no longer good enough.

True, but a element of that is down to how they want to balance their squad and we never seem to run with that many props.Even when we did the treble we only had peacock,kylie, Garbutt, cuthbertson and singleton.
