The idea of giving Smith more time is laughable. After every single 2 week break, everyone asks "what do they do in training?". Give him 7 days or 7 years he isn't improving. He is fundamentally a bad coach.

If there's no rocket up the a$$ of most of these lot from Smith then something is even more wrong. You'd think they'd want to win it for Rob if they wanted any motivation!
