Re the two points from four I said the exact same thing prior to the Saints game on here but I also noted that Monday represented by far the best opportunity to get them and for twenty minutes it was a non-contest as Saints had failed to show up, just a matter of whether Leeds would win by a big margin or a embarrassingly (for SL) big margin.
It'd be crazy to write off any teams chances completely - as Saints showed in the final hour at Headingley on Monday- you can't do that in sport, it'll all be decided on the day and Leeds have a fighter's chance with a proud, unblemished record in this unique annual event.
Does that mean I expect a Leeds win on Sunday - sadly I don't and at the moment and I fear Hull will be firm favourites to extend Leeds' unwanted losing streak to four the following week. But that's just me.
